Cooking Up Change® National Event
May 21&22, 2012
On May 21, high school student chefs from across the nation will bring healthy school lunches to Washington, D.C. for the national finals of the Cooking up Change® healthy cooking contest! The contest, presented by Healthy Schools Campaign, challenges young culinary stars to create a healthy, great-tasting school meal with limited ingredients and a tight budget. While celebrating student talent, the contest brings student voices into the national dialogue about healthy school food.
