Veggie Hummus vegetarian

Ingredients

  • 1 freshpack of Hooray Purée Spinach
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 1 can (15 oz) of drained and rinsed chickpeas
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water

Method

  1. Combine above ingredients in food processor until smooth. Garnish or spice with salt, paprika, or herbs.
